Toronto is under a special weather alert for significant snow on Boxing Day, Environment Canada said Thursday.
The city could see up to 10 centimetres of snowfall by Friday afternoon.
“Snow is expected to begin late Friday morning and then end from west to east through Friday evening,” the agency said.
