Pimpri-Chinchwad: So, there’s a big T20 match coming up between India and England at the MCA Stadium on January 31. To keep things running smoothly, they’ve announced some traffic diversions.

If you’re driving a VIP or emergency vehicle, you can use the service road off the Pune-Mumbai Expressway. For those coming from Mumbai, take the Dehu Road exit, go through Mamurdi village, and head to the stadium parking.

If you’re on the Pune-Mumbai Expressway, just make a U-turn at Mukai Chowk after the Kivale Bridge and use the service road by Symbiosis College. Coming from the Old Pune-Mumbai Highway? You’ll need to U-turn at Central Chowk and go through Sai Nagar Phata.

For folks coming from Pune, take the Pune-Bangalore Highway, cross Kiwale Bridge, and then turn left to use the service road. If you’re in Nigdi, just go through Ravet Chowk, Bhondwe Chowk, and Mukai Chowk to get to the stadium.

To avoid traffic jams, heavy vehicles won’t be allowed on certain routes from 3 PM to midnight. This includes the Mamurdi to Kanetkar Bungalow route and a few others.

Also, remember that entry through Mamurdi village’s internal roads is a no-go. Drivers should stick to a single lane and avoid overtaking since the roads are pretty narrow.

The authorities are asking everyone to plan their routes ahead of time and follow police instructions to keep things moving smoothly on match day. It should be a fun day, so let’s make it easy for everyone!
